What do I need to know about the new CovidSAFE protocols?

At Here Yoga, your health and wellbeing are top priority. We have a CovidSAFE plan in place to ensure our community has a safe space to practice. By booking for class, you agree to honour our business policies and to respect all students, teachers, and staff of Here Yoga. Policies include not attending the studio if you are unwell, following public safety guidelines and government health regulations, and being self-responsible for your health and wellbeing to the best of your ability. Our Here Yoga studio space is—as always—a place beyond personal opinions and daily concerns, where we turn inward and soften external stresses for a while.

Is the studio closed?

We are open! It’s a pleasure to be offering studio classes in person to our beautiful community.  We recommend booking via hereyoga.com.au/timetable. And you can always join us online, to feel calm and connected and be more Here, anywhere. Check out hereyoga.com.au/online-studio anytime.

Can I borrow a mat or props?

We’re happy to offer studio mats and props for your use and biodegradable bamboo wipes to sanitise after use.

What do I need to know about bookings?

Bookings are recommended, and you can easily book on our website or via our app. You can see your schedule, change or cancel bookings, and update your account all via the website or app. If you’re unable to attend a class you’ve booked, please cancel at least 4 hours before class so as many people have a chance to practice as possible. If you book & do not attend, the class will be debited from your class pack & fees may apply.

Do I need to book online before I go?

We recommend booking via our app or website and please cancel at least 4 hours prior if you cannot attend. If you’re on a class waitlist, you’ll be notified via email if a space becomes available, and you can check the app to see where you are on the list. Please ensure you’ve allowed notifications in your profile and that your contact details are updated.

How do I book a class?

Simply login to our app, website, or MindBody. Sign in and select “sign up” for any class you’d like to attend. If you’re unable to attend, simply log in and click “cancel,” at least 4 hours before the class begins.

What happens if I’m on a waitlist?

If you’re waitlisted, the easiest way to see if you’ve been added to the class is on our app (it even tells you which spot you’re in on the waitlist). You can check and see if you’ve been added before the class begins. If you turn on your notifications for email and/or text, we’ll notify you as soon as a spot becomes available. If you do not get into the class, you will not be charged for the class. If you do get into the class, it is your responsibility to attend or cancel if you’re unable to make it, as late cancel and no-show fees may apply.

I can’t attend, how do I cancel an upcoming class?

It’s simple to cancel or update your bookings easily from on our website or via our app. You can see your schedule, change or cancel bookings, and update your account. If you’re unable to attend a class you’ve booked, please cancel at least 4 hours before class so as many people have a chance to practice as possible by clicking “cancel.” As soon as you cancel, another yogi gets your spot, thank you!

I can’t attend, what happens if I don’t show up or cancel last minute?

If you book & do not attend, or cancel after the cancellation window, the class will be debited from your class pack & you may incur a fee. These policies aim to be fair & let all students have a chance to practice. We cannot accept cancellations via messages, emails, or social media.

What cleaning protocols are happening in the studio?

At Here Yoga, your health and wellbeing are top priority. We’ve installed sanitising stations at entry to reception & studio, and there is additional sanitiser at each of the sinks in the bathrooms. We deep clean between classes, especially in high-touch areas and we have disposable biodegradable wipes for your mat & props. Enjoy contactless check-in by simply mentioning your name to the teacher at the desk upon arrival. With our beautiful, large studio and reception, there’s plenty of social distance space to keep you safe. We’ve spaced out the studio mats to ensure that everyone has their own safe, clean space to practice. Please do not come to the studio if you are unwell, displaying any symptoms, or have been in contact with anyone who has symptoms.
