Carmelle’s first yoga-related memory is leaving her first vinyasa class in the UK as a youngster and being enthralled. Over a decade later, her enthusiasm for yoga is unfaltering. Carmelle delved further into the practice, beliefs and philosophy on trips to Nepal and India before completing teaching training.

Carmelle is passionate about the way yoga can help with personal problems, health issues, elevate your mood and bring a calm state. The mindfulness aspect of the practice is what she found most beneficial.
