Jodie first started practising yoga as a way to improve flexibility and fell in love with the effect it had on her state of mind. She quickly developed a passion and sought to delve deeper into yoga philosophy. Some years later, on a yoga retreat in Thailand, she realised that teaching was her true calling.

Jodie loves to create a nurturing and care-free environment where students can express themselves and drop into the simple act of finding joy through breath and movement. Through this joy, Jodie aspires for each student to find peace, self-compassion and the space to challenge themselves so that every practice is an exploration into body and mind.
