Nicky began his journey of yoga in 2007 practicing Iyengar yoga, which gave him a deep insight into yoga alignment. Whilst living in India he completed his teacher training in Vinyasa Yoga with a focus and passion for pranayama and meditation.

As an experienced yoga teacher Nicky endeavours to share a wealth of knowledge to create a nurturing environment for students to connect with their own body and express themselves through mind, body and breath awareness.

Sarah’s classes are nurturing, creative and dynamic with a focus on breath and mindful movement. Sarah loves to weave a theme or focus into her classes to create a purpose for each pose, transition & breath.¬†With a passion for feeling good and moving with love & lightness, Sarah’s classes are designed to invite freedom into the body and mind, like a guided moving meditation.

Sarah brings a happy, light-hearted teaching style with lots of heart and depth. Expect to be challenge and supported into a deep connection with your body and mind.
