At (Here) Yoga we have honed our 200hr Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training over the past decade and produced some of the most skilled and loved teachers you’ll find in Melb and across the country. We put all our experience from the past decade of training into this incredible and life changing course to prepare you to become an authentic and confident yoga teacher in the Australian or International Yoga community. 

We will integrate a comprehensive view of the practice, theory and business of yoga so that you feel confident to share what you love with your students and community.

In addition to making lifelong friends and deepening your experience of yoga, your yoga teacher training includes lectures in our malvern studio and Bali including information about:

• Origins of yoga & lineage to modern yoga

• Yoga philosophy & lifestyle

• Ethics of a yoga teacher

• Physical & energetic anatomy in yoga

• The business of yoga and social media

• Class planning, sequencing and execution

• Effective & clear communication. Including trauma and neurodiverse informed teaching

• The practice of asana (Postures)

• Workshops on progressing your physical practice and understanding the mechanics of arm balancing, inversions and ‘advanced’ asana. 

• Meditation

• Pranayama (Breathing techniques)

• Yoga Mantra, Mudras, subtle body (Koshas & Gunas)

• Ancient Sanskrit language
