Rachel Goldenberg
The practice of yoga has enriched me beyond my imagination.
I am driven now to share the beauty, the benefits and the meaning of yoga with others.
My passion for yoga has been transformative. What began as a way to strengthen my body and settle my mind, has become a way of life.
I started yoga in my early 40s, and in the years following I faced single motherhood, emotional stress, medical issues and parenting challenges.
Yoga brought me a sense of peace and meaning, and helped me manage.

Emma Strembickyj
I discovered yoga in my mid-20s while navigating mental health and addiction challenges. What began as a practice quickly became a teacher and a form of medicine, offering the connection my mind and body were deeply seeking. Yoga supported me in finding safety within myself and became a pathway toward healing, presence, and inner steadiness.

In my classes, students are both mentally and physically challenged, supporting powerful mind–body adaptation and the cultivation of inner and outer strength. Equally, space is held to soften the grip, allowing the true state of yoga to move through you.

Jodie first started practising yoga as a way to improve flexibility and fell in love with the effect it had on her state of mind. She quickly developed a passion and sought to delve deeper into yoga philosophy. Some years later, on a yoga retreat in Thailand, she realised that teaching was her true calling.
Jodie loves to create a nurturing and carefree environment where students can express themselves and drop into the simple act of finding joy through breath and movement. Through this joy, Jodie aspires for each student to find peace, self-compassion and the space to challenge themselves so that every practice is an exploration into body and mind.

Tommy Kende
At the heart of Tommy’s teaching is the invitation to meet your edge. He believes growth happens when we lean into discomfort with awareness—when we breathe through the tension rather than back away from it. His classes create a supportive environment to explore that edge safely and intentionally, building resilience, strength, and self-trust.
Strong yet intuitive, challenging yet empowering, Tommy’s teaching encourages students to move with purpose, listen deeply, and discover what’s possible when they step just beyond what feels comfortable. You will also always have a good belly laugh along the way!
