Rachel Goldenberg
The practice of yoga has enriched me beyond my imagination.
I am driven now to share the beauty, the benefits and the meaning of yoga with others.
My passion for yoga has been transformative. What began as a way to strengthen my body and settle my mind, has become a way of life.
I started yoga in my early 40s, and in the years following I faced single motherhood, emotional stress, medical issues and parenting challenges.
Yoga brought me a sense of peace and meaning, and helped me manage.

Jodie Burton
Jodie first started practising yoga as a way to improve flexibility and fell in love with the effect it had on her state of mind. She quickly developed a passion and sought to delve deeper into yoga philosophy. Some years later, on a yoga retreat in Thailand, she realised that teaching was her true calling.
Jodie loves to create a nurturing and carefree environment where students can express themselves and drop into the simple act of finding joy through breath and movement. Through this joy, Jodie aspires for each student to find peace, self-compassion and the space to challenge themselves so that every practice is an exploration into body and mind.
