Become a Yoga Teacher over 6 weekends in Melbourne and 8 days together in beautiful Bali

At (Here) Yoga, we have honed our industry leading 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training over the past decade, producing some of the most skilled and beloved teachers in Melbourne and across the country.

This is an incredible, life-changing course designed to prepare you to become an authentic and confident yoga teacher within the Australian or international yoga community. The training integrates a comprehensive view of yoga practice, theory, and business, so you feel confident sharing what you love with your students and community.

Not sure if you want to teach? No worries, this course is a life changing, confidence boosting experience that will allow you to delve deeper into the practice that you love and yourself.

Moving with Grief

A 2 hour practice with Amelia James & Candice Towson.

This practice is for those who are moving through current grief or holding the echoes of something from your past. Whether you’re navigating the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, a life transition, sitting with what was or what has yet to come, or simply carrying the quiet weight of change, grief asks to be felt rather than fixed.

Together we’ll begin with Amelia, offering slow, mindful movement & pranayama designed to create space for whatever is present.

There will be an optional community sharing circle - an invitation to listen, be witnessed, or simply sit in the presence of others. There is never any pressure to share.

We'll close with Yoga Teacher and Homeopath, Candice, who will guide a one-hour gentle Yin Yoga practice deeply rooted in the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine. This restorative session invites the body to soften, the breath to deepen, and the heart to rest

Saturday 22 August 3.00pm – 5.00pm
