Break it Down, Build it Up

Foundations for Arm Balances and Inversions Workshop

Join senior Yoga Teacher Emma Strembickyj for this amazing workshop - Break it Down, Build it Up!

A playful yet powerful exploration designed to support students in expanding their practice with both curiosity and courage.

This workshop is for anyone wanting to deepen their understanding of foundational strength and technique, whether that’s refining and restructuring their chaturanga to create more stability and integrity, or building from there into more dynamic expressions such as crow pose, headstand, and forearm balance. We’ll break things down in a way that feels accessible and supportive, then gradually build them back up, layering strength, awareness, and confidence.

It’s a space for those willing to explore their edge, to lean into the challenge, and also to not take it all too seriously. There will be moments of effort, moments of lightness, and plenty of opportunity to enjoy the process. Spaces ar limited to book your mat now!
