Class Types

First Timers

Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your first class to meet your teacher and complete a registration form. That way you’ll have time to familiarise yourself with the studio and be ready on your mat for when class begins. We provide mats & props, but feel free to bring your own towel, water bottle and open mind. The doors are locked before class starts, so if you arrive late you will not be able to practice.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow is all about mindful movement, focusing on feeling into the poses and transitions. Expect intentional, fluid movement and deep stretching, guided by purposeful breath for an embodied practice to leave you feeling open and connected. Great for yogis of all levels.

All Flow classes are heated to 30 degrees Celsius.

Dynamic Flow

Dynamic Flow is an invitation to tap into the power of presence. Through fluid movement and breath, you’ll have an opportunity to open and strengthen your body and mind. You’re welcome to come as you are, do what feels good, and flow in your own way.

Stronger Flow

Stronger Flow is a Dynamic Flow class with a boost. If you’re looking for a way to tune in deeply and challenge your body and mind, Stronger Flow is for you. It’s a chance to grow your practice physically, energetically, and mentally, and hopefully it’s a bit of sweaty fun! Some yoga experience is recommended.

All Flow classes are heated to 30 degrees Celsius.

Yin

Looking to chill out? The long holds in Yin poses target your deeper connective tissue to offer balanced joint health and greater flexibility, not to mention deep relaxation. Perfect for athletes and great for stress relief.

Our Yin classes are set in a warm environment at 26 degrees Celsius.
