Class Types

First Timers

Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes before your first class to meet your teacher and complete a registration form. That way you’ll have time to familiarise yourself with the studio and be ready on your mat for when class begins. Bring your own mat, towel, water bottle and open mind. The doors are locked before class starts, so if you arrive late you will not be able to practice.


We offer a variety of different yoga classes throughout the week to offer you plenty of opportunities to reconnect to your mind & body. Check out our class descriptions below and join us to be more present, more mindful, more here.

Level 1 Vinyasa

A moderate but dynamic flow focusing on foundational alignment and physical awareness. Level 1 Vinyasa allows you the space to explore and enhance every element of your practice. Great for beginners.

Level 2 Vinyasa

Linking movement and breath, our Level 2 Vinyasa classes offer dynamic and varied sequences that create internal heat. Level 2 Vinyasa provides the opportunity to develop strength and flexibility of body and mind.

Level 3 Vinyasa

Our Level 3 Vinyasa classes focus on linking breath and movement while offering progressions towards advanced variations of arm balances, backbends and inversions. Good for anyone wanting to expand their practice.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow is all about mindful movement, focusing on feeling into the poses and transitions. Expect intentional, fluid movement and deep stretching, guided by purposeful breath to leave you feeling open and connected. Great for beginners.


The long holds in Yin poses target your deeper connective tissue to offer balanced joint health and greater flexibility, not to mention deep relaxation. Perfect for athletes and great for stress relief.


Private classes are tailored specifically to your own requirements – post injury recovery or learning correct technique. Private classes are available by appointment and based on availability.
