Eva strives to create calming, non-pretentious and encouraging classes for like-minded yogis to explore the potential of their body and expand their knowledge of themselves through the practice of mindful yoga.
Her style of class is focused on breath with movement to calm the mind and the nervous system. After living and breathing the practice for the last 7 years, Eva has taken her passion for the practice of yoga and qualified as a yoga instructor. It gives her constant inspiration for fresh and new angles within her own practice and for her students.
She takes great care in nurturing the body from the inside out, and her dedication to improve herself and others in her passion in life and she is very excited to be able to share this gift.
