YOGA TEACHER TRAINING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Definitions

‘Cancellation’ is defined as not attending your scheduled (Here) Teacher Training, including postponing or rescheduling. ‘You’ refers to the guest booking a (Here) Yoga Teacher Training. ‘We’ refers to (Here) Yoga. It is your responsibility to read and understand our cancellation policy before making a reservation.

Payment Policy

To secure your place, a non refundable deposit is required, with the balance owing 2 months (60 days) prior to the start date of the Teacher Training.

Teacher Training Student Cancellation Policy

(Here) Yoga does not offer refunds for any reason, this is due to the prepaid nature that we must adhere to for preparation for the course components. A portion of your payment may be used as credit for another Teacher Training within two years of your original Teacher Training date, or alternatively we will gladly transfer your credit to another guest.

Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply. Fees are determined by the following schedule:

• If you cancel 60 – 90 days before your Teacher Training start date, 75% of your payment may be transferred to another person or applied to another (Here) Yoga Teacher Training. Therefore you will forfeit 25% of the price of your Teacher Training
• If you cancel 15 – 59 days before your Teacher Training start date, 40% of your payment may be transferred to another person or applied to another (Here) Yoga Teacher Training. Therefore you will forfeit 60% of the price of your Teacher Training
• If you cancel 14 days or less before your Teacher Training start date, you will forfeit your entire payment.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason, this is why it is imperative to get travel insurance as soon as you have paid the deposit. Please make sure that natural disasters and personal injuries are covered. We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.

(Here) Yoga Teacher Training Cancellation Policy

While we have never cancelled a Teacher Training to date, we know that plans can be impacted by health regulations and as such have options available should we need to alter the training. If (Here) Yoga changes a scheduled Teacher Training date for any reason before the training begins, you may elect to transfer your Teacher Training payment to future Teacher Training, or you may request a refund of your payments to us, constituting a full settlement. If the Teacher Training is already underway, we will endeavour to offer suitable alternatives such as online zoom lectures or a local immersion venue to maintain the consistency of the course quality to our best ability. We will be in touch to discuss options and always do our best to ensure you get the best experience for your Yoga Teacher Training, but we cannot offer full refunds if the training has already commenced. 

(Here) Yoga is not responsible for any expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled Teacher Training, such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparation for your trip.
