Our Introductory Offer of 14 consecutive days is only available to brand new clients of (Here) Yoga. You can only purchase the Introductory offer once. The Introductory Offer is non-refundable nor transferable and will activate from the date of your first class booking.

Any vouchers or material which contains no 'Valid from' date or 'Expiry date' will be deemed as invalid. To redeem, an account must be created at the preferred studio location via www.hereyoga.com.au and the studio must then be contacted via email. hello@hereyoga.com.au

A minimum of two people are required for a class to proceed. You will be contacted via text, phone or email should a class be cancelled. 

Classes start on time and the studio is locked for security purposes. With respect to the Instructor and other clients you cannot join a class if you are late and will be locked out of the studio.

Owners and/or Instructors reserve the right to restrict clients to a particular class type for safety reasons; and Owners and/or Instructors reserve the right to turn clients away if they do not have the correct medical clearance.

Memberships & Classes

​

Block Session Packs and Private Sessions have a validity from the date of purchase that is specified online and in studio. Sessions are non-refundable and are not transferable between studios or individuals. Session packs cannot be shared with more than one person as all session packs are for individual use only. Unused sessions will expire.

Suspensions are available for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 42 days. (Or upon negotiation.)

​

Direct Debit Membership contracts to be paid in automatic monthly or weekly instalments. Your membership will automatically renew for subsequent months/weeks until written notice is received. You are able to cancel or suspend your membership at any time with a minimum 7 days notice in writing. Refunds will not be provided for historical membership non use or without the required 7 days notice of cancellation or suspension.

Direct Debit Membership Suspensions are only available for a minimum of 7 days and a maximum of 42 days. (Or upon negotiation.) Suspension requests must be made in writing to hello@hereyoga.com.au a minimum of 7 days prior to suspension request start date.

All session packs are non-refundable and are not transferable between studios and cannot be extended unless you are injured, in which case we will request a medical certificate.

Cancellation Policy

​

All clients must be adhere to our Cancellation Policy:

Group classes: Cancellations need to be made prior to your class beginning. We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can arise but we have to be strict, fair and consistent with all clients across all studios therefore no exceptions will be made.

Workshop / special event cancellations can only be made via email and require 7 days notice. Any non-cancellations will mean you forfeit that visit or 100% of course cost.

Private sessions: A 24hr cancellation policy applies. NO exceptions.

​

Instructors and classes are subject to change without notice. (Here) Yoga reserves the right to cancel classes if necessary.

If you do not cancel or reschedule your class outside of the 4 hour time frame, or are a no show/absent from your class you may lose your session.

Payment Policy

​

Payment must be made upon booking, NO exceptions. To book into a class you must either have credits in your account or pay at the time of booking.

Personal Agreement

​

I agree that (Here) Yoga is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. (Here) Yoga does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of a theft, immediately report it to a (Here) Yoga staff member.

I ACKNOWLEDGE

I understand that classes at (Here) Yoga may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury

By booking into or attending any class, workshop or event at (Here) Yoga you automatically agree to the above terms & conditions.

I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against (Here) Yoga or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

By booking into a class, workshop or event or participating in online yoga classes with (Here) Yoga you automatically agree to the above Terms & Conditions.
